Grace can guide you on how to reduce and, at times, resolve your medical bills for free! When it can’t, it’ll provide you with paid alternatives you may choose from.

You can consult with a financial advocate for a fee, and if you choose you’ll be able to hire her for any additional support.

How does Grace work?

Grace is based on decades of experience of financial advocates holding expertise in managing medical bills and generating savings. We built a simple to use interactive service that will help you better understand how to handle your medical bills and hopefully resolve or at least decrease them.Using Grace is not a fully automated process. After a 30 seconds interaction with Grace, you’ll have to send out letters, we’ll provide you with, to your provider and at times your insurer and fill out a few details. Of course you can also use Grace to have us or our financial advocates manage this process for you for a fee.

The basic features are a 15 minutes call with a financial advocate for 25$ or a 30 minutes call with a financial advocate for 45$. After one of these short consultations with a financial advocate you’ll be able to also hire her for managing additional medical financial issues.

Can I try out the free services and if it doesn’t work, then use a payed service?

Of course! Using Grace doesn’t close any doors. You can try and resolve your medical bills with Grace’s support and if it doesn’t work out, simply get back to us and use a payed service.

Why aren’t the payed services free as well?

When you pay for a financial advocate’s consultation, you pay her for her time. We do not charge any fees on this type of service.
When you choose for us to sort-out your medical bill, we charge a success based fee of 10% of the savings we generate for you (no savings-no payment) in order to keep Grace running and further develop the service to help more Americans with their medical bills.
